The “PRO” in ProWealth is an acronym for Protection Retirement Opportunity. We are financial professionals dedicated to helping clients manage risk to protect what they have already built and what they will continue to build. Client portfolios become optimized through the accumulation and distribution phases, emphasizing tax efficiency1 throughout both phases. Our team of financial professionals continuously look to identify not-so-obvious opportunities for our clients through on-going guidance, education, and research.

We are here to help guide you through the often overwhelming process of creating a financial plan.

We will work with you to:

Review your individual situation and personal objectives. Every family's financial situation is unique. That's why it's so important to find out as much as we can about you and your financial goals. The more we know about you, the more precise recommendations we can make and the more we can help you. As a result, we may take some time to discuss your hopes, dreams and objectives — the things that really matter to you. This is the basis for the first meeting with anyone we sit down with.

Analyze and review your needs. As needed, we will work with you to identify and prioritize your objectives, and then help establish benchmark goals. This is important because we live in a world of unlimited choices. People often fail to achieve objectives because they try to accomplish too much at once, or they don't attach specific deadlines to their goals. By breaking down your goals to specific objectives, you can look at available resources and decide which goals are realistic, which need to be adjusted and scaled down, and which simply must be abandoned.

Develop and implement a strategy to help you achieve your goals. Based on our conversation and analysis, we can recommend the steps that it will take to help you achieve your financial goals.

Coordinate your financial activities. We regularly coordinate insurance and financial activities for clients with the other members of their team of tax and legal advisors. We can do the same for you.

Monitor progress; provide ongoing service as your needs and situation change over time. Planning is not a one-shot deal. Strategies need to be adjusted periodically as your life and the economy changes. We will work with you over the years to help keep your program on track with your changing needs.

We strive to build trustworthy, long-lasting relationships with our clients. In doing so, we put an emphasis on providing clients with independent financial advice and providing as much education as needed so that our clients can make sound, educated financial decisions. The goal is to position ourselves as the most valuable financial resource for our clients to turn to, regardless of market conditions.

At ProWealth, we work closely with clients to help clarify and prioritize our financial goals. We seek to give clients a clear picture of their overall financial situation, tying together the various pieces of their financial portfolio: i.e. pensions, 401(k), future social security income, estate planning documents, insurance, and investment accounts. We then quarterback the overall financial strategy by working together with our clients' accountants, attorneys, and human resources representatives. Working with these other professionals aligns all moving parts to best execute each client's unique plan. Our analysis and tailored solutions are organized into a high-level plan, which is documented in a clear presentation and given to clients to keep for reference in both hard copy and electronic copy. This process helps to ensure accountability and an ongoing service that often surpasses clients' expectations.

In addition to working with Eagle Strategies LLC's team of professionals, we have developed strong relationships with independent CPAs and attorneys to complement our resources. By having these other professionals available as possible referrals, we bring more value to our clients.

We primarily work with physicians, business owners and executives, young professionals, families, pre-retirees, and retirees. When working with small business owners, in addition to the services mentioned above, we focus on succession planning and exit strategy for retirement.
